What food / Vitamin supplements?

There are so many. For a man of 40 what basics are necessary? Omega 3? What else? I think this industry is mostly a con.

All you need is a balanced and varied diet followed by proper hydration and exercise.I don’t recommend vitamin supplements unless you have a vitamin and mineral deficiency.

Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, meat, etc. (stay away from greasy food)Drink milk and juices (stay away from carbonated sugar drinks)Exercise, walk, and avoid stressing!!!!!

(You’re right about Omega 3. Its better in a pill than an actual source bc most sea food is contaminated with toxins and mercury)
