Vitamin D supplements?

Anyone here take Vitamin D supplements? Did you notice a difference in your energy/skin/nail and hair growth?

It really helps with my energy in winter. If I don’t take them, I lay in bed, not even watching anything or sleeping, just laying.

I’m taking vitamin D supplements now, but I’m not seeing any mood change. 😒 Glad it’s working for you, though.

For me, it’s not a mood thing, really. Rather just that I have no willpower to do anything but lay except for getting up and going to work barely, if I don’t take Vitamin D. Whereas with it, I’m not happier, but I function.

Also vitamin d helps your body absorb calcium so you shouldn’t take calcium without it.

t definitely helps the darkness around my eyes and keeps my mood at a “sad apathy” rather than “empty shell of human.” My hair also falls out less when I take it
