Are food supplements effective?I take food supplements almost everyday. I don’t know if it is really effective

There are supplements for almost anything. There are supplements for when you need extra doses of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, or Iron in your diet. You can get some for improving your memory, or help you study for a big exam.

I believe they are just from personal experience.A month or two after starting my supplements (vitamins/minerals,) I noticed an increase in my energy level. I used to always feel sluggish, even with plenty of sleep but I’m finally alert again. Apparently, they provide something I was missing.

Of course, every product works differently for different people. My wife takes the same thing I do and more, but hasn’t noticed a change.
