Does drinking green tea help with weight loss?

Unable to inform whether drinking green tea helps with weight loss, but I doubt it. Considering that you have increased your weight because you are eating more than you require to maintain your body health, then the best way to help with weight loss is to eat less. If you insist on eating like a hog, you will eventually start to look like one. Simple isn’t it ?

 It depends on what type of green tea you’re drinking but tea that helps to lose weight isn’t green tea exclusive. Rooibos tea, rosehip tea, dokudami green tea, pu’er tea, banaba tea, salacia tea…there’s lots of good teas out there.

Only if you also reduce the total calories you take in and increase the total calories you expend.

By itself, green tea does nothing.

I think the benefits of green tea are highly exagerated. However, I find drinking it (along with other non-sweetened, milk-free teas) definitely stops me from snacking on other foods, and helps with cravings.

Green tea helps boost metabolism, I’ve been out and bought some..Currently supping at it, gonna take a little getting used to

Glad to know everyone’s take on this….I’ve wondered if it would help me lose the last of my weight. I’ll drink some for my health, but not hold my breath for it to help with weight loss.
