Have you found that it is an effective nootropic? Is it more effective it used consistently of a longer period of time? Would it still be effective if smoked or would that change the chemical properties?

Ginkgo is a very effective nootropic, but it seems to me that most people don’t dose it right or confuse the 50:1 extract with just the dry powdered ginkgo. I had an acute effect on cognition with doses of 150mg of 50:1 extract.

Ginko definitely helps me remember things. I tend to have poor short term memory, aka, don’t forget to bring this item with me today – walks out door – forgets item.

Ginko is amazing for me, but only works once every couple of months. I take it, I can think more clearly and am able to remember things I wanted to do months ago.

I take it normally for an energy boost and its cognitive effects that people have already mentioned (memory, concentration).
