I bought some and i’ve been taking it for a 2 weeks, and I’m still forgetting stuff…wtf? waste of money. Is there anything that I can take that helps with memory. I exercise, drink a lot of water, eat healthy, take a multivitamin, drink coffee in the morning, have sex, play games and puzzles. I’ve done things to improve blood circulation, clear my mind, challenge my brain, and I’m still forgetting stuff….help???

Ginkgo is designed to improve blood flow to the brain and therefore more oxygen, which in some people helps with memory and high blood pressure. But the short answer is I do not think so. Check put the source below for more help

Gingko is supposedly a natural remedy for memory problems, but it is not going to be the cure all for you. If you’re forgetting a lot of things, it sounds like it may be a lifestyle problem. If you’re a forgetful person it may be time to restructure how you go about your routine. Use a planner, and keep things organized. Gingko is helpful towards memory retention, but if you’re relying on that to remember everything, you’re sorely mistaken.

Well Ginkgo Biloba is a Natural Supplement and
natural supplements take longer to affect the body than human made meds but they are a lot more safer for your body.
2 weeks is not enough time to see proper results, give your body a good amount of time to accept this new supplement.
There are a lot more benefits to Ginkgo than just memory improvement. Controlling the conversion of cholesterol to plaque is also one of the most important Ginkgo Biloba benefits.
