what foods contain vitamin a? what is the BEST way to get vitamin A?

Carrots are probably the best way, as they are high in fiber, low calorie, fat-free and cholesterol-free. Next in line would be wheatgrass, but you may or may not like the way that tastes.

 1 Carrots (I prefer either steamed baby carrots or carrot juice).

2.) Wheatgrass (next in line to carrots, but don’t toss it so easily. Has so much more other good stuff that mere carrots lack.)

3.) Sweet Potatoes (good source but high calorie and lots of carbs)

Pumpkin, carrots, tomatoes and oranges are all good sources of vitamin A but there are many others that you can see in a web search for “vitamin a rich foods”.
