KitKats are not actually going to be a healthy choice, being not chocolate, but chocolate flavored sugar. you might start with a darker chocolate, over 65% cocoa and work your way up. I finally settled on a product called TCHO a 99% cocoa chocolate I found in the baking section at Whole Foods. It is the least bitter, high cocoa chocolate I’ve found. to add a sweet balance I eat it with low or no sugar dried fruit. The ingredient list for KitKats makes me shudder.
